Cooke is a global seafood company with operations in North America, Europe, and South America. As a result of our robust growth, we are adding a Production Optimization Manager to our team of professionals. This is a Monday to Friday day shift position. Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in a deadline driven, fast paced environment and should possess a minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience completed by above average computer skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience and/or training in production will be considered asset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching, guidance, leadership and direction for a enhanced operational/production staff.
  • Daily Measure of KPI's.
  • Recognize opportunities for improvement, cost reduction and increased productivity.
  • Ability to create and implement internal improvement projects.
  • Be able to exercise the necessary authority to assure policies and procedures are followed and time frames are met.
  • Have excellent people management and communication skills to foster effective staff and organizational relationships.
  • Possess a high attention to detail and quality, time management and organizational skills, and the ability to meet cost and schedule requirements.
  • Will be required to work some weekends, and be on call.
