What You'll Do As a Production Operator in Aseptic Beverage Manufacturing, you'll join a fast‑paced, high‑tech production team where safety, quality, and teamwork matter. As a Production Operator, you’ll run and monitor packaging and production equipment in a modern aseptic beverage facility—keeping lines moving efficiently while meeting Kerry’s high standards. You’ll set up equipment, monitor quality, troubleshoot minor issues, support changeovers, and keep your work area clean and organized. This is a hands‑on role for someone who likes working with machines, solving problems, and being part of a team that produces high‑quality products every day.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • Experience in manufacturing, food production, or high-speed packaging
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
  • Comfortable using computers and production systems (SAP a plus)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, reaching, repetitive motion)
  • Willingness to work overtime or extended hours when needed
  • Safety-focused, dependable, and team-oriented
