About The Position

Charter Manufacturing is seeking a Production Operator for their 3rd shift in the Sort and Pack Department at the 81st Street facility. This role involves operating multiple high-powered machines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented production environment. The facility produces parts for global customers with a strong focus on quality. Operators in the Sort and Pack Department ensure accuracy and efficiency by packing parts, identifying machine issues, and collaborating to maintain production flow. Success in this role requires a sharp eye for detail and strong teamwork skills in a hands-on position.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Must be able to meet the minimum physical requirements of the job, with or without accommodation.
• Demonstrate attention to detail.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
