Requirements

Nice To Haves

Forklift license
Experience in digital or traditional printing

Responsibilities

Operate a state-of-the-art printer
Strive to achieve daily production objectives
Keep printers in top condition through regular checking and cleaning
Conduct quality checks at multiple control points and adhere to quality standards
Feed production lines and ensure smooth operation
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Follow and participate in the 5S methodology for a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Follow procedures and adopt safe working practices
Capture production and waste data to improve processes and efficiency
Fix and troubleshoot minor issues during the shift
Ensure order completion (cans and add-ons)
Process dunnage received from customers
Take ownership of development by participating in the training system
