This position is responsible for daily operations of the production floor; ensuring the shift meets established safety, quality, and production goals in compliance with all applicable legal and food safety requirements. The role involves ensuring product adheres to Niagara’s standard of safety, quality, and throughput, completing quality and production reports, performing physical and visual inspections of product, adhering to safety programs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), maintaining housekeeping, ensuring raw material levels, troubleshooting minor production line issues, and performing relief duties. The position requires regular and predictable attendance and the ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or as dictated by production demand.
