Requirements

• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Basic organizational skills.
• In lieu of a High School Diploma/GED, a minimum of two years of manufacturing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operations to ensure product quality and optimal equipment performance.
• Make equipment adjustments as needed to maintain quality and productivity.
• Perform or assist with product and equipment changeovers.
• Assist line technicians and setter/operators with equipment troubleshooting and repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and comply with GMP requirements.
• Perform quality inspections and process tests, and accurately record required data.
• Communicate with Utilities and Scheduling teams to maintain appropriate material inventory levels.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and improve work processes.
• Perform other duties as needed to support business needs.
