Responsibilities
- Operate brewing, evaporating, or drying equipment
- Weigh, measure, mix, and pack food ingredients following specific formulas
- Operate forklifts to move product between warehouse and production areas
- Load/unload bulk products and transfer materials between facilities
- Take product samples and perform basic lab testing
- Complete production, inventory, receiving, and sanitation records
- Perform sanitation tasks and light maintenance
- Monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and make minor adjustments
- Follow work orders and standard operating procedures
- Participate in team meetings and support safety, quality, and GMP standards
