About The Position
Production Operators perform electronic assembly work in a clean room environment. The role involves light-duty work assembling electronic components and products according to precise instructions while maintaining high-quality standards. Operators work at a clean desk handling small parts, conduct quality checks, maintain an organized workspace, and communicate with team members and supervisors about progress and issues.
Requirements
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.

Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components and products according to detailed step-by-step instructions.
- Handle small parts precisely at a clean desk environment.
- Read and interpret assembly diagrams, instructions, and technical documentation.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols.
