Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
  • Must be able to effectively communicate verbally face to face, over the phone, and in writing.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Must be able to work alone for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to work in an industrial manufacturing environment around, and with the general product raw materials listed: crushed limestone granules, boiler slag granules and fines, limestone filler, fiber glass mat, and petroleum based products.
  • Must be adequately trained and have basic knowledge of the package end operation to support all other assigned task given by Supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Unloading of fiber receiving in a safe and acceptable level that prevents container damage and organized storage.
  • Transporting finished product to the warehouses.
  • Collecting / transporting scrap waste for disposal.
  • Maintaining stock of materials used for packaging.
  • Assist at the winder for packaging the finished product.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards.
  • Learn all safety policies and procedures, follow every rule without fail.
