About The Position

The Production Operator is responsible for the daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring product adheres to the company's standard of safety, quality, and throughput. This role involves operating various machines, preparing them for daily operation according to SOPs and Standard Work Instructions, and performing necessary adjustments and troubleshooting to meet quality and quantity standards. The operator must consistently adhere to GMPs and SOPs, follow the production schedule, and maintain accurate records of downtime and machine operations. Additionally, the role includes managing and monitoring inventory levels, recording inventory lot numbers, and managing quick changeovers according to the cleaning matrix. Other job-related projects and duties may be assigned by leadership.

Requirements

Adherence to company's standard of safety, quality, and throughput.
Operate various machines in accordance with provided training and instruction.
Prepare machine daily operation according to SOP & Standard Work Instructions.
Perform necessary machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
Consistent adherence to GMPs and SOPs.
Follows the production schedule.
Keep daily records of downtime and machine operations.
Manage and monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies.
Accurately record inventory lot numbers used in production.
Manage quick changeovers according to the cleaning matrix.
Adherence to First Expired, First Out (FEFO) inventory management practices.

Responsibilities

Follows the production schedule.
Keep daily records of downtime and machine operations.
Manage and monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies used in production, ensuring timely replenishment to avoid interruptions in the manufacturing process.
Accurately record inventory lot numbers used in production, ensuring proper documentation, traceability, and adherence to First Expired, First Out (FEFO) inventory management practices.
Manage quick changeovers according to the cleaning matrix, ensuring efficient transitions between products while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
Performs other job-related projects, duties and assignments as directed by leadership and management.
