About The Position

The 3rd Shift Relief Sanitation Assist. (Drains) will serve as the relief for the full time drain cleaning personnel and all related activities.

6 plus months of solid work experience in any industry
Basic computer skills
Ability to follow manufacturer's specifications and direction
18 years or older
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Self-reliant and able to accurately work under limited supervision
Customer focused and able to work in a collaborative team
Ability to be flexible in work performed and schedule
Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and possess basic mathematical skills
Ability to lift/carry up to 55 lbs.
Must be committed to excellence in quality and sanitation.
Committed to knowledge of EQMS Sanitation Standards.
Must possess solid decision-making abilities.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision and have good leadership skills.
Must have mechanical aptitude.

Experience communicating with supervisors and co-workers in a team environment.
Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is a plus
Knowledge of various pieces of high tech manufacturing processing and packaging equipment.

Serve as relief for full-time drain cleaning personnel.
Perform all related activities associated with drain cleaning.
Learn Sanitation Critical Records Review.
Perform routine preventive duties.
Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks.
Work in cold and/or hot temperatures throughout the day.
Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
Work across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include work in environments where dust is present.
Routinely climb stairs and ladders while performing the duties of this role.
