This Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. schedule means you enjoy a three-day weekend every week. Position Overview: The Production Operator is responsible for preparing finished goods for shipment by efficiently packaging, sealing, labeling, and staging products for transport. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality and accuracy while maintaining a smooth and timely production flow.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of production or warehouse experience and knowledge of production processes
Able to identify lot and/or production numbers for consistency and accuracy
Ability to read, write and speak English
Previous experience working in a team-based environment
Must have basic math skills

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in chemical manufacturing
Certified forklift operator
Proficient in computer skills
Knowledge of manufacturing conveyor systems

Responsibilities

Package, label, lot and stack all products.
Make boxes in preparation for packing.
Visually inspect products for defects.
Move boxes from line to skids for wrapping and transport.
Assist with the set-up and break-down of the various filling lines to manufacture all the different types of MicroCare Medical products.
Operate all forklifts.
Daily trash and cardboard disposal.
Provide support in other areas of manufacturing as needed.
Ensure safe, efficient, and effective operation of production equipment.
Participate in training other Operators as needed.
Promote an incident free workplace by complying with safety policies and procedures and participating in company safety trainings.
General facility and production clean up as needed.
Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor working between production and blending.
