Production Operator (up to $32.09/HR)
About The Position
The Coca-Cola Company is seeking Production Technicians to complete manufacturing tasks associated with the production of Coca-Cola products. This role requires the ability to work multiple shifts (1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd) to meet business needs. The work is performed mostly on the production floor and involves exposure to moderate noise levels, moving equipment, wetness, fumes, and hazardous chemicals. The facility may experience extreme heat and cold, and operates on a multi-shift schedule. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience preferred.
- Manual dexterity to manipulate small objects.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (2+ hours).
- Computer data entry.
- Able to work with PPE.
- Basic Math skills.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Possess ability to speak, read and write English.
- Forklift operation.
- Able to follow guidelines and direction.
- Able to work with and around others.
Responsibilities
- Read and comprehend instructions and procedures, both written and verbal.
- Monitor, identify, and detect ingredient, container, and equipment problems.
- Record information for production or shipping reporting.
- Move at least 60 lbs a distance of 5ft.
- Perform repetitive motions for extended periods (2+ hours).
- Operate computers, forklift, palletizer, filler, box former, case packer, glue machine, printers, and other production line equipment as required.
