Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operating experience is a plus.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Excellent attendance and reliability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
Commitment to maintaining a safe manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Operate production equipment and computer systems within your assigned production area.
Learn and safely operate additional manufacturing equipment as assigned.
Follow production procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
Assist with preventative maintenance activities to keep equipment operating efficiently.
Support training initiatives and help fellow team members when needed.
Report equipment concerns and safety issues to supervisors or production leads.
Clean equipment after use and maintain an organized, 5S-compliant work area.
Follow all company safety procedures, including proper waste and chemical handling.
Work closely with the production team to meet daily production and quality goals.
Complete additional duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations.
