About The Position

Versa-Tags™ is seeking Second Shift Press Operators to join their high-performing production team. The role involves operating various printing equipment, such as digital, screen, and die-cut presses, to produce quality promotional and printed products according to job specifications. This position requires a desire for professional growth through cross-training, the ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Requirements

Basic Computer Knowledge
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide

Responsibilities

Follow all safety requirements, wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing job functions related to working with inks or chemicals
Maintain quality standards for all work performed
Use Time Clock and ERP system correctly
Meet or exceed established productivity standards
Set up various presses (including knowledge of registration, guides, materials, and inks)
Get approval on all jobs for color, adhesion, registration, imprint, materials, etc.
Communicate clearly with Supervisor (daily numbers, scrap, etc.) and report to Supervisor when low on supplies
Keep work area clean and organized
Log job correctly including scrap
Operate efficiently
Be a great team member!
Other duties as assigned
