Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in a process manufacturing environment
Forklift or industrial truck certification
Basic math proficiency and ability to manage multiple tasks
Working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, inventory control, and SAP
Ability to push/pull 400 lb drums and lift 100 lb bags
Comfort working with equipment data and basic Excel usage
Ability to work unsupervised, especially during off-shifts
Strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and audit readiness

Nice To Haves

Prior SAP experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience handling food-type products or flavor ingredients
Mechanical aptitude and basic hand tool experience

Responsibilities

Prepare flavor batches in the Spray Dry department using detailed shop floor papers
Read, collect, and analyze process and analytical data from spray dryers and related equipment
Utilize analytical lab tools such as particle size analyzers, pH meters, and Ro‑Tap equipment
Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and backflushing of materials to maintain inventory accuracy
Operate electric and gas sit‑down forklifts and electric reach trucks as required
Compare ZFIS information to verify correct product packaging against customer orders
Maintain sanitation and compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
Participate in cross‑training programs to support operational flexibility
Work independently during off‑shifts and respond to unexpected situations
