About The Position

The Production Operator will be responsible for operating production machinery such as blow molder, labeler, filler, and packer. This role ensures quality is up to standard, performs quality checks prior to production, maintains cleanliness of machinery and production areas, and works with the PM mechanic on machine maintenance. The position requires adherence to all established Good Manufacturing Practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Able to work 6:50 AM to 7:00 PM on a 2-2-3 rotation, including every other weekend.
• Must be involved and committed to safety.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Machine Operating, at least 2 years preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery such as blow molder, labeler, filler, and packer.
• Ensure quality is up to standard.
• Perform all prescribed quality checks in a timely and correct manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace free from hazards.
• Maintain cleanliness of machinery and production areas.
• Work with the PM mechanic on machine maintenance.
• Follow all established Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Be involved and committed to safety.
