Requirements
- Steel-toe shoes or boots required on Day 1
- Employees are expected to follow OSHA standards and company safety procedures while properly using required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and other equipment as needed.
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and assist with maintaining production machines and equipment.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Feed machines and equipment with the correct materials and products.
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work as part of the Production team under the direction of the Assembly/Press Supervisor.
- Participate in training for position-specific tasks and procedures.
