About The Position

The Production Operator is responsible for ensuring their assigned areas are clean, organized, and operating under discipline. They will operate according to standard operating procedures, ensuring limited water usage during cleaning and effective handovers with the next shift. The role drives the production process to meet customer specifications, quality, and food safety standards, while ensuring targeted outputs are met through effective control of the manufacturing process. Communication with the team, adherence to health and safety requirements, and promotion of a positive safety culture are key. The operator is expected to represent The Froneri Way of working through behaviors and characteristics aligned with the Operating Model and Core Values, acting as an owner rather than just an employee. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, math and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work multiple shifts and/or schedules
  • High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience

  • One-year related experience

  • Communicate effectively with the entire team.
  • Ensure health and safety requirements are fully met and a positive safety culture is maintained throughout the line.
  • Represent The Froneri Way of working through behaviors and characteristics in our Operating Model and Core Values.
  • Walk the talk always using the looking eyes, attend to the issues as and when they happen.
  • Promote the Froneri culture of employees being owners rather than just employees.
  • Follow the principle of “will I do this to my home?”.
  • Other duties as assigned.
