About The Position

Vericast is seeking a Day Shift Production Operator to join their manufacturing printing team. This is an entry-level position with no experience required, offering a competitive hourly pay rate of $17.50+ DOE, with a potential wage increase after 90 days. The role operates in a year-round temperature-controlled, bright, and clean manufacturing environment. The operator will be responsible for running various production equipment, monitoring performance, efficiency, and quality, troubleshooting issues, and replenishing materials. The position requires adherence to the company's Core Values and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Entry level position.
No experience required
Regular standing, kneeling, bending, walking, and stooping.
Must be able to stand for 12 hour shifts

Responsibilities

Operate various production equipment monitoring overall performance, efficiency and quality.
Troubleshoot system performance and quality problems, correcting them and stabilizing performance as they occur.
Replenish materials ongoing as materials are depleted.
Maintains production, efficiency and quality records.
Other duties as assigned.
