About The Position

The Production Operator is responsible for preparing, scanning, and performing data entry for documents. This role involves operating and troubleshooting scanning machines, ensuring quality assurance of scanned documents, and maintaining efficient work processes. The position also requires occasional travel to a client site in Austin and demands strong organizational skills, the ability to stand for 8 hours, and meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements

Alpha-numeric typing of 20+ wpm and/or numeric typing of 5000+ kph
Operate standard office equipment such as computers and copiers.
Work cooperatively with co-workers
Understand and follow written and oral directions in the English language.
Perform quality control checks detecting and correcting any errors.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay careful attention to detail for extended periods of time.
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 year of age or older.
Previous work experience using a computer

Nice To Haves

Experience in the copy or imaging industry a plus.

Responsibilities

Prep, scan or image sample.
Preparation and data entry of documents for scanning.
Data entry, sorting, labeling, copying, removing fasteners and examining documents.
Operation and troubleshooting of scan machines.
Quality assurance of the documents prepped or scanned. Verifying that all documents were prepped or scanned to standards and that no pages we missed during scanning.
Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
