Sensient Technologies is seeking Production Operators for 2nd and 3rd shifts to assist in the manufacturing of food and beverage ingredients. Requirements

Willingness to work OT, including Saturdays as your 6th day of work in the week
Adaptability to do different activities each day with strong attention to detail
Interest in being a part of an effective and productive manufacturing process
Desire to continually learn and improve production processes
Knowledge of safety and quality guidelines

Previous experience in manufacturing or the food industry

Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing and packaging equipment to ensure efficient operation
Read and follow detailed recipe cards, work instructions, and batch records
Load ingredients, package, and palletize finished product
Perform equipment start-up, shutdown, and cleans
Operate a forklift safely in a busy plant, with on-site training provided
Maintain and clean workspace to comply with company and government policy
