About The Position
Join a growing global packaging manufacturer producing plastic tubs and lids in the food and beverage industry. This is a large production facility expanding rapidly and looking for motivated operators to grow with the team.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
- Team player with good communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or print environment preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate print shop equipment to produce labels and packaging materials to specification
- Monitor machines during production runs and make adjustments to maintain quality standards
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic preventive maintenance
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and accuracy requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Document production output and report any defects or equipment issues to supervisors
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
