Hamilton Company is seeking Production Operators to assemble precision medical and laboratory devices. We are looking for those with the ability to work accurately and be able to follow schematics and instructions precisely. This assembler position requires excellent manual dexterity and the ability to work with small components and hand tools. Production Operators will need a keen eye for detail and quality while working in a fast-paced environment. This position has a starting wage of $19 / hour or higher based on experience, plus shift differential. Other Production Operator/Assembler responsibilities include: Perform routine production duties and preventative maintenance Adherence to product quality standards and procedures Work in a production environment assembling laboratory devices or operating machinery Interact effectively with all support groups and fellow employees Requires excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, high efficiency, and ability to follow process instructions Technician work with the use of hand tools, tweezers, and other light machinery Assemble equipment according to blueprint and schematics correctly Swing Shift: 3:30 pm - 12:00am
