About The Position
Pronto Staffing is seeking a dependable production operator for a busy local manufacturing facility. Pronto Staffing is now hiring for a 3rd shift position in a manufacturing setting. In this role, you will help finish, assemble, and prepare manufactured parts for shipping. You will use power tools and cutting equipment to clear away excess material and keep production moving.
Requirements
- Ability to use basic hand tools and power equipment
- Ability to follow written and spoken instructions in English
- Strong attention to detail and good work ethic
Nice To Haves
- 1 to 2 years of manufacturing, trimming, or machine operation experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform finishing tasks on parts including trimming, routing, and assembly
- Safely operate tools such as CNC equipment, bandsaws, and hand tools
- Follow instructions to meet standard daily production goals
- Check finished parts for defects to make sure they meet quality standards
- Stack, palletize, and move completed items to keep the work area organized
