Production Operator - Pre-Grind (Day Shift 7:30am - 7:30pm)

About The Position

Edgewell is a global team of over 6,000 visionaries, doers and makers. Our portfolio of over 25 brands touches lives in more than 50 countries by making useful things joyful. This full-time position is project-based and is not expected to continue beyond December 2027, due to the planned relocation of the plant. Eligible new hires in good standing who successfully complete required training and demonstrate proficiency may qualify for incentive bonuses, contingent upon active employment at the time of position elimination.

Requirements

Must have at least six (6) months of manufacturing experience
Must be mechanically inclined.
Must be able to correctly read and interpret instruments and gages.
Must be able to calculate basic math.
Hands-on experience in general mechanics.
Past experience with various hand tools and gages.
Good Interpersonal Skills
Strong Communication Skills, both Verbal and Written.
Demonstrates quality awareness and attention to details.
Demonstrates problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in Stamping, Perforating or Heat-Treating a plus.

Responsibilities

Set up, adjust and operate all pre-grind blade making machinery and peripheral equipment to obtain product of acceptable quality.
As required, perform preventive maintenance
Perform and record Quality checks.
As required, relieve operators.
Perform other duties as required.
