Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food-grade environments.
• Familiarity with cGMP standards, FDA regulations, or quality systems.
• Basic computer skills.
• Food Handler Permit a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment, including fillers, sleeve machines, and shrink tunnels.
• Perform various production line functions, including packaging, labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipment.
• Stage, pull, and prepare raw materials and supplies for production runs.
• Follow all FDA regulations, cGMP requirements, NSF standards, and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Complete production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support inventory activities, including cycle counts and material tracking.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production and warehouse environment.
• Inspect products and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow established safety procedures and contribute to a culture of workplace safety.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Assist with other production and operational tasks as needed.
