About The Position

Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM) is a recognized leader in the roofing industry for nearly half a century. We are a diversified manufacturer and supplier of premium building products and related technologies for the commercial and residential construction markets. In this position, you will operate various types of production equipment. We will train dependable individuals with a desire to work as a part of a team in a successful and growing manufacturing company.

Requirements

At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
Willingness to perform several jobs across different areas of the plant

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED Equivalent

Responsibilities

Operate production machinery to maximize output of quality product.
Retrieve and move raw material into place as required.
Perform a variety of tasks to maintain the proper flow of materials throughout the plant.
Provide coverage for a variety of manufacturing processes/equipment.
Provide brief relief when applicable for breaks and lunch.
Follow production schedules, oral and published job instructions, specifications and prescribed procedures.
Detect, rectify as able, and report faulty operations, defective materials, or unusual conditions.
Observe prescribed safety regulations.
Keep count, tallies and records as required.
Perform various other related or associated duties as required or directed.
Participate in continuous improvement processes.
Other production duties as assigned.
