Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Basic math, reading, computer, and mechanical skills
Reliable transportation
Flexibility to work any shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Successfully complete required training, a drug screening, and background check
Recent, consistent work history (preferred)
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a demonstrated commitment to professional growth in a manufacturing setting (preferred)

Responsibilities

Stand, sit, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, climb stairs, reach above and below chest level, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with arms.
Work at various levels, including on a platform up to 80 feet high with a grated floor.
Frequently lift and move items over 50 pounds.
Be exposed to chemical, non-toxic fumes or dust.
Work in environments with cold temperatures (<55 degrees) and heat (>100 degrees).
Work in a loud environment due to exposure and use of fork trucks, potentially exceeding 85 decibels (hearing protection required).
Occasionally enter confined spaces.
