Agri-Mark/McCadam/Cabot Creamery is seeking full-time Production Operators for the third shift at their Cabot, VT plant. This role is responsible for performing all work-related tasks using Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adhering to the Food Safety and Food Quality requirements of the SQF program. The operator will communicate and troubleshoot any issues to the production supervisor or team lead, follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and handle problems with professionalism. The position also involves performing basic repairs and adhering to company rules, regulations, and core values. A key aspect of the role is understanding the SQF Practitioner's role in ensuring food safety decisions are made using a risk-based approach, and reporting all food safety issues and incidents to the QA Department.
