About The Position

LG Resources is now hiring Production Operators for one of our valued clients. This is a temp-to-full-time position. Responsibilities include weighing and blending multi-component epoxy resin systems, applying them to various reinforcement products, and inspecting, packaging, and labeling finished goods. The role requires safely operating manufacturing equipment, forklifts, and hand trucks in accordance with company policies. Operators will input, record, and utilize critical manufacturing data using custom software, adhering strictly to data entry, checklist, and tracking procedures. The position involves memorizing and applying complex work instructions with minimal supervision, inspecting, monitoring, cleaning, and performing light maintenance on processing equipment, and maintaining work area organization, consumables, supplies, raw materials, and cleanliness. Safely handling and using hazardous chemicals and cleaning agents is also a key part of the role. Employees will actively participate in the teams' manufacturing, safety, and customer service directives and effectively utilize growth and development programs for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Weigh up and blend multi-components epoxy resin systems and apply to various reinforcement products.
  • Inspect, package, and label finished goods.
  • Safely operate all product-specific manufacturing equipment, forklifts, and hand trucks in accordance with TCR policies and procedures.
  • Input, record, and utilize critical manufacturing data using various custom software interfaces.
  • Employ strict adherence to date entry, checklist, and tracking procedures to capture and document custom manufacturing and development data.
  • Memorize and apply complex work instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Inspect, monitor, clean, and perform light maintenance on processing equipment before, during, and after use.
  • Maintain work area organization, consumables, supplies, raw materials and cleanliness.
  • Safely handle and use hazardous chemicals and cleaning agents.
  • Actively participate in the teams' manufacturing, safety, and customer service directives.
  • Effectively utilize TCR's growth and development programs for continuous improvement.
