About The Position

This position reports to the Production Supervisor and is located onsite in Mebane, NC. The role involves conducting various types of assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products, systems, or panels, including packing as integrated with production lines. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting technical diagrams and instructions, performing work manually or with light hand tools, using machinery and equipment on the shop floor, carrying out regular quality testing, and operating within standard operating procedures while maintaining a clean work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledge and use of tools – tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools, as needed.
• Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as needed
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs
• Candidate must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

• Minimum 1 year working in a manufacturing environment preferred

Responsibilities
