About The Position

VT Industries in Clarksville, IA is a manufacturer of custom Architectural Wood Doors. We are currently hiring for full-time 2nd shift opportunities in many areas. The starting wage is $19.78 per hour, with a $2.00 shift premium for the 2nd shift. Our 2nd shift hours are Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Employees will receive a pay raise after completing a 90-day probationary period. A $1,500 New Hire Bonus is offered.

Requirements

• Experience with machine operation, forklift, hand tools preferred
• Strong work ethic
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work individually or with team members as assigned, maintaining a positive work environment
• Excellent attendance work habit needed
• Able to maintain a safe work environment by following all safety rules
• Able to work 5 to 6 days a week and over 10 hours a day as required
• Able to pass a Pre-employment /post-offer drug screen, physical and background check
