About The Position

This role is responsible for operating production equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring product and quality specifications are consistently met. The operator will also be involved in data management, basic maintenance, operating mobile equipment, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Flexibility in scheduling, including shift work, overtime, and weekends, is required.

Requirements

Commitment to working safely in a manufacturing setting and following all plant safety and housekeeping rules.
Ability to interpret verbal and written working instructions effectively.
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
Proficiency in taking measurements to verify product specifications.
Basic maintenance skills, including familiarity with common hand tools.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Consistent and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

Prioritize safety and adhere to all safety/housekeeping requirements in a manufacturing setting.
Operate production equipment, troubleshoot, and make necessary adjustments to ensure product and quality specifications are consistently met.
Accurately record production data and other results as required.
Apply basic maintenance skills to service equipment efficiently.
Operate mobile equipment, including forklifts.
Actively participate in all plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
Adapt to scheduling requirements, including shift work, overtime, and weekends.
