About The Position

We are hiring for Component Preparation Operators and Filling Operators. These roles support the manufacturing of sterile injectable products by ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production aligned with GMP standards. You will work in a clean, temperature-controlled pharmaceutical environment where quality, safety, and precision directly impact patient care.

Requirements

• High school diploma (post-secondary is an asset)
• 1+ year experience in manufacturing (pharma, food, or regulated industry preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
• Basic computer skills for documentation
• Ability to work rotating shifts (24/7 environment)

• Mechanical aptitude (Filling role)
• Inspection certification capability (Component Prep role)

Responsibilities

• Inspect, label, and package finished products
• Prepare components such as caps and stoppers
• Complete batch records and documentation
• Perform cleaning and line clearance
• Conduct quality checks, including seal integrity testing
• Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety standards
• Operate, assemble, and clean filling equipment
• Prepare and sterilize components for production
• Monitor production to ensure product quality
• Perform inspections and in-process quality checks
• Report issues
• Maintain cleanroom standards and proper gowning procedures
