About The Position
Bush Brothers & Company is looking for full-time 2nd and 3rd shift Plant Operators to join our highly collaborative team in the canned food manufacturing industry. Our high-speed modern facility offers opportunities for training in various aspects of the production process, including production, quality, sanitation, packaging, and distribution. Employees are expected to adhere to high quality and safety standards and may need to work some overtime. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. The starting pay is $21.25, which includes a shift premium, with opportunities for pay increases as new skills are obtained. Internal postings can lead to promotions into other career paths such as Maintenance Technician, Coordinator, and Manager when performance and education requirements are met.

- Willingness to work some overtime.
