About The Position

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Production Operator to participate in the overall manufacturing activities of their consumer goods according to company standards and quality guidelines. This role involves the daily operation of filling machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining equipment. The operator will also be responsible for quality inspections, documentation, and adhering to all safety and company policies.

Requirements

• High School, General Education or Equivalency
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends and/or holidays as required.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in operating multiple types of production line equipment is desired.

Responsibilities

• Daily operation of filling machinery safely and efficiently to produce top quality products
• Responsible for proper and accurate product/package/code changes
• Maintain equipment per manufacturers and internal specifications by ensuring the completion of PM’s, initiating work orders, and integrating into the maintenance team during rebuilds and supplementary repairs.
• Perform all Filling Operator CIP/COP duties and surface foaming with mechanical cleaning for all other areas.
• Report and/or correct safety issues.
• Maintain proper safety conditions of equipment and surroundings.
• Perform quality inspections on materials and finished product. Quality checks to include, codes, seals and weights.
• If out of specification conditions are observed, notify responsible personnel and assist in resolution as appropriate.
• Follow procedures for Isolating hold product or defective material.
• Complete and accurately document all activities during shift
• Comply with all standard safety practices, safety rules, GMP and all CCNA rules and policies.
• Maintain proper safety conditions of equipment and surroundings.
• All other duties as assigned
• Performs other tasks and special assignments as requested by management.
