About The Position
Bridgestone seeks energetic and motivated individuals to join their manufacturing team in Wilson, NC. As a Manufacturing Production Operator, you will operate various machine, chemical, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications. The ideal candidate enjoys troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Must be willing and have the ability to work rotating 12 hour shifts
- Must be willing and have the ability to operate multiple pieces of equipment
- Must be willing and have the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
Nice To Haves
- 2 years of previous industrial/manufacturing/maintenance experience and 2 years of stable work history
Responsibilities
- Set-up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing production equipment
- Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods
- Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products
- Maintain accurate daily production records
- Other duties as assigned
