About The Position

GEODynamics is seeking a Production Operator at its Millsap, Texas campus. The position follows plant policies and practices to support safety, quality, service, and cost objectives. It performs quality checks and assists with equipment cleaning and changeovers, maintains accurate inventory and records of material use, minimizes waste, and ensures measuring devices are properly calibrated. The role also involves maintaining good housekeeping, completing paperwork and data entry accurately, complying with company policies, and practicing safe work habits in accordance with OSHA and GEODynamics health and safety expectations.

The job is listed as a first-shift schedule, Monday through Thursday, four 10-hour days. The campus is on the frontage road of Interstate 20 near Millsap, west of Fort Worth, and is described as an easy commute from Weatherford, Stephenville, Mineral Wells, and Aledo.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to safely perform the physical demands of the role, including bending, lifting, stooping, twisting, and standing for more than 50% of the time.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and shoulder movements.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds as needed.

• Some manufacturing experience is preferred.
