About The Position

Volt is immediately hiring Production Operators in Tilton, NH. This is a Full-time opportunity where you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, products, and shipments, safely operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment, and moving raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility. You will also assist with general production and warehouse duties, follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations, maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, and support team members to meet production and quality goals.

Requirements

• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience as a Material Handler, Production Associate, or similar role.
• Forklift certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials, products, and shipments.
