Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute tasks to meet operational deadlines.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a highly interactive, self-directed group.
  • Highly motivated, safety-conscious, and committed to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation, handoffs, and problem resolution.
  • Ability to operate powered industrial trucks safely and effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with material preparation is a plus.
  • Experience working in pre-weigh, materials handling, or regulated production environments.
  • Familiarity with ISO 22000, FAMI-QS, NSF, or similar quality systems.
  • Proven success supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct accurate pre-weighting of flask, seed, main, and cryo materials for Probiotics production.
  • Weigh raw materials according to batch sheets and ensure correct removal of materials from MES/SAP.
  • Clean and sanitize the Pre-Weigh room daily and as needed to maintain compliance with GMP and safety standards.
  • Ensure all pre-weigh activities are completed on time with accurate documentation of weights, batch IDs, and system entries.
  • Assist operations during periods of low pre-weigh workload to support overall production flow.
  • Maintain full adherence to safety practices and quality assurance systems including ISO 9001 and ISO 22000.
  • Work in an organized, safe manner to address safety, GMP, and housekeeping expectations.
  • Communicate effectively across shifts, tasks, and teams to ensure continuity and clarity.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, maintaining attention to detail, and following through improvement actions.
