About The Position

This is a 2nd shift Production Operator position in Pottstown, PA, working from 3pm to 11:30pm. The role involves packing cartons with finished product, performing quality checks, maintaining a clean work area, and completing paperwork. The company is looking for dependable, motivated individuals willing to learn and grow, who can work reliably and punctually in a fast-paced environment. The pay rate is $19.00/hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education (GED)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be reliable and punctual a must
• Maintain good attendance record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and to stand, walk, twist and turn frequently

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred
• Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus but willing to train motivated candidates
