Production Operator - Lead Blender
About The Position
The Production Operator - Lead Blender will conduct paint draw-downs and prepare and blend customer orders to meet their specifications, while maintaining detailed records of their work orders and formulas. This position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all color matching and mixing equipment. Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and vendors.
