Who We’re Looking For Riot Creative Imaging is seeking a Print Operator to produce high‑quality printed materials by following detailed job specifications, including equipment setup, operation, adjustment, and maintenance. This role is responsible for delivering near‑photographic print quality and ensuring timely, accurate completion of all jobs. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in large-format production
  • Knowledge of material movement through the manufacturing process
  • Ability to use and read a standard tape measure
  • Strong math skills and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to hand-cut materials using a cutting blade and ruler
  • Reliable attendance to support business operations
  • GED required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience operating roll‑to‑roll and flatbed printers
  • Ability to offer creative, realistic ideas for internal and client needs
  • Solid working knowledge of large‑format printing, finishing processes, and materials
  • Consultative, team‑focused approach
  • Strong hands‑on experience and communication skills
  • Proactive self‑starter with a great attitude and work ethic
  • Process‑oriented mindset to reduce costs and improve efficiency
  • Background in Onyx or Caldera RIP software preferred
  • Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus
  • Zünd (router/cutter) file setup and operational knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Produce high‑quality printed materials by following detailed job specifications, including equipment setup, operation, adjustment, and maintenance.
  • Deliver near‑photographic print quality.
  • Ensure timely, accurate completion of all jobs.
  • Facilitate efficient job changeovers.
  • Perform proofing and quality control checks.
  • Follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
