About The Position

New Pig Energy is looking for a Manufacturing Production Associate for the Altoona location. This position operates during daylight hours from 7am to 3pm and offers a pay rate of $18 per hour.

Requirements

• Proficiency in math skills, including square yard and linear yard calculations, and unit conversions.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. continuously and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Capability of producing all products to the standard rate.
• Ability to retrieve and apply all quality information.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
• Demonstrated commitment to all tasks assigned.
• Willingness to share input readily to improve manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate mat equipment, load rolls, and package products.
• Adjust the process to meet quality standards.
• Perform quality checks and collect quality data as needed.
• Enter production quantities and material usage into production reporting systems.
• Perform all other production-related duties assigned or directed.
• Actively participate on the process improvement team.
