Production Operator IV - Vacuum Furnace and Production Line Support (Friday-Monday or Thursday-Sunday)

This Production Operator IV role focuses on vacuum furnace operations and production line support. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive on-the-job training is provided for all new hires, along with clear paths for career advancement.
Requirements
- Physical exertion required includes, but is not limited to, occasional heavy lifting of objects up to 50 lbs
- Occasional moving of up to 1200 lb. objects on wheels
- Standing or sitting for the majority of an 8-hour shift
- Regular bending, reaching and twisting to move objects
- Attention to detail

- Professional behavior and interpersonal relationships are necessary attributes to perform assigned duties
- Experience in a multi-tasking production role
- Ability to calmly transition between multiple and changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Responsible for vacuum furnace operations of production parts
- Furnace load prepping and breakdown of production parts
- Shipment loading / unloading and creation of BA’s
- Support auxiliary production needs
- Raw Material Organization and Transportation between locations
- Other Task as assigned by supervisor
