About The Position

This role involves operating complex machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), overseeing setups on basic machinery and production lines, and setting up machines with appropriate adjustments for various production tasks. The operator will monitor production processes, conduct quality checks, perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance, and train/mentor entry-level operators. Additionally, they will document production metrics, report discrepancies, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Proficient in operating various types of machinery.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and schematics.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Computer skills including ERP systems.
• Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location.

Nice To Haves

• Five years of previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Machine Operation or related field certification.
