Production Operator II
About The Position
This role is responsible for loading completed orders onto the correct trucks for delivery. The Production Operator II will assemble paperwork for each route and all orders to be delivered, confirming all orders are complete and together before loading them onto the correct truck. This includes sorting and loading glass for route runs, loading heavy glass onto L-bucks and then onto trucks, and loading boxed doors onto trucks. The position requires knowledge of how to properly handle glass and an understanding of weight restrictions for different types of trucks to ensure product safety during transit and truck safety during delivery. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to read a tape measure and identify written measurements.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow directions.
- Strong team player.
Responsibilities
