About The Position

Skilled operator that is trained to operate and trouble shoot all equipment in their line/area. Operates under supervision from the Team Captain but reports into the TRM. C Shift - Fri-Sun - Thu-Sun - 4:00am-4:30pm 24.50hr-30hr DOE

Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant work experience in a Manufacturing or production background would be beneficial, but a strong desire to learn is also highly valued.
  • Ability to perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments to maximize run time.
  • Ability to use electronic devices for data entry and reporting purposes.
  • Strong communication skills and proficient of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Competency in attention to detail, accuracy, work standards, initiative and managing work.
  • Frequent lifting of tools and equipment up to 50lbs. is required.
  • Frequent reaching, bending, twisting, turning, walking, standing and climbing stairs and crossovers are common.
  • Proper use of PPE is always required.
  • An aptitude for understanding and adhering to detailed manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work actively, which might include standing for long periods and managing moderate weights.
  • A detail-oriented and reliable approach, with the drive to take initiative and achieve high-quality results

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize safety, following our guidelines conscientiously to create a secure workplace:
  • Follows all applicable Safety Rules and policies including but not limited to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Lock Out/Tag Out and Emergency Action.
  • Complete Behavioral Safety Observations.
  • Adhere to ISO internal management system
  • Monitor and uphold our high standards of product quality, taking pride in every item that passes through your hands.
  • Follows current work instruction and insures adherence to the Quality Control Plan and related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Accurately complete batch records, including weights, completion times, dates, and test results.
  • Adhere to ISO internal management system
  • Participate in EHS trainings, programs, safety initiatives, incident investigations and audits.
  • Follow methods, instructions, and formulas for validated Method of Manufacture.
  • Identify raw materials using labels and physical properties during batching.
  • Prepare materials for manufacturing and monitor temperature, pressure, appearance, and other process indicators.
  • Communicate equipment or batch changes and discrepancies promptly and effectively to the team.
  • Conduct routine in-process quality checks per batch record, adjust as necessary.
  • Ensure proper machinery operation, perform minor adjustments, routine maintenance, and report major repairs.
  • Support the longevity of our machinery with regular preventative maintenance, contributing to the efficiency of our operations.
  • Complete equipment changeovers as trained and required.
  • Operate a pallet jack/mobile tuggers/ drum haulers for transporting and storing raw materials and assist with receiving bulk raw materials, transporting in-process mobiles.
  • Be a key part of our manufacturing processes by handling equipment, assembling products, and ensuring seamless production flow.
  • Collaborate proactively with a diverse team to overcome challenges and hit production goals.
  • Trains new operators and temporary workers as needed.
  • Works effectively in a team-based work environment.
