Production Operator I-3rd Shift
About The Position
Production Operators are tasked with assisting manufacturing processes on high speed lines. This role requires understanding and applying safety and quality guidelines, meeting all regulations. Operators will move product, supplies, and inventory to support production, adhere to standard operating procedures, cGMP, safety, and housekeeping requirements, and possess the ability to train others as assigned. The role involves rotating to all tasks on the production line, such as inserts, packing out, palletizing, and keying. Visual inspections of components and finished goods are performed at each step of the manufacturing process. This position requires hand/eye coordination to perform at a rate of over 100 bottles per minute, lifting up to 30 pounds at a fast pace for extended periods, and physical agility to meet production standards. Demonstrated ability to work on high-speed production lines is essential.
Requirements
- Requires the ability to read, understand and implement required standard operations procedures and work instructions.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Hand/eye coordination to perform at rate of over 100 bottles per minute.
- Lifting requirement up to 30 pounds at a fast pace for extended periods of time.
- Physical agility to perform at a rate to meet the production standards.
- Demonstrated ability to work on high speed production lines.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
